Traffic destined for any /24-/32 prefixes tagged with
this community will be discarded at ingress to the
ISIX network.
Other communities in range 13002:4000-13002:4999 are
accepted but ignored.
Prefixes longer than /24 are not permitted.
Informational communities
Informational communities 13002:* (except 13002:4xxx)
are assigned only internally and are always deleted
from incoming updates at the border routers. They may
be used by peers to filter some prefixes.
